Feast Festival: Phoebs, You're a Lesbian

Thu, 5 Nov, 7:00 pm ACDT

Goodwood · Check price with organiser

A thespian and her keyboard leap out of the closet - it's a metaphor and a stage direction. Featuring a catchy original score, sparkly doc martens, and too many niche anecdotes to count. Join Phoebe Rodger as she explores the euphoric highs, embarrassing lows, and awkward in-betweens of the lesbian experience. From hilarious cabaret bops, to witty parodies, to power ballads, there is something for everyone in this show! All are welcome. (Including homophobes, I'll still take your money xx). "The next Tim Minchin" - A Thousand Words "Instantly has the audience in the pocket of her pink sparkly jumpsuit" - Theatre Diaries "This beautifully funny portrayal of what it means to be queer in 2026 will take you on a rollercoaster of laughing, thinking, and feeling" - Fringe Feed "Phoebs' comedic timing has the audience roaring with laughter. A cabaret that reminds us of the power in simply standing on stage and declaring 'this is who I am'" - Lia Loves "As hilarious as she is genuine and tender. An absolute gem that only shines brighter with each musical number, Phoebs, You're A Lesbian makes for some damn good cabaret." The List Best of Cabaret Weekly Award Adelaide Fringe 2026. Feast Festival Queer Arts Award Adelaide Fringe 2026.

Annabel Crabb and Leigh Sales in: Chat 10 Looks 3 Live

Thu, 5 Nov, 7:30 pm ACDT

Adelaide · Check price with organiser

See Annabel Crabb & Leigh Sales on stage in Adelaide for a live recording of their hit podcast. Chat 10 Looks 3 is the oddly named but nonetheless wildly popular podcast by two of Australia's most high-profile journalists. In 2014 they sat at a kitchen table, hit record on a phone and started a rambling conversation that's still going on (and on). From books to TV, music to cooking, friendship to films, there's little cultural terrain Annabel Crabb and Leigh Sales haven't traversed. Chat 10 Looks 3 Live brings all the features for which the podcast has become famous; random chat about books, music, cooking and film, poorly-disguised (and indeed not-at-all disguised) insults, unintended disclosures and of course the company of Australia's kindest podcast listenership. Whether you're a devoted listener of Chat 10 Looks 3, curious as to what all the fuss is about, or simply looking to make some like-minded friends and cry-laugh in a darkened theatre, Chat 10 Looks 3 Live is the show for you.

Feast Festival: STILL 默默

Fri, 6 Nov, 6:00 pm ACDT

Goodwood · Check price with organiser

STILL by Wan Vincy Chan is a multi-disciplinary performance exploring themes of grief, gender and nostalgia. After the sudden passing of their father, siblings Sai Biu and Nita attempt to reconcile their relationship, untangling tensions that have caused them to fall distant. Set in a fictional reimagination of Hong Kong, this work incorporates original song, theatrical storytelling, poetry and anime-inspired illustrations, reflecting the retrofuturistic qualities of this setting. STILL is part of Vincy's larger project reflecting on queer history and representation, particularly Hong Kong's place in global culture making. Recipient of Adelaide Festival Centre's 2026 InSPACE x Feast Festival residency, this work is now in its final stage of development. These showings will enable the creative team to gain crucial feedback which will help inform the work's eventual world premiere, planned for 2027.

A-List Entertainment presents You probably already know me from reading the news. In 2018, I dressed up as a sewing needle and hid inside a strawberry. There should be a French word for the moment you realize a bald dude actually has a ponytail. I'm so used to failure that success represents an existential threat. "His mind works like no other" – Chortle (UK) "The speed and frequency of his jokes is dizzying… Buckle up." – The Guardian "Book yesterday" – The Age New Faces of Comedy, Just For Laughs Montreal, 2025 Winner: Best of the Fest, Sydney Comedy Festival, 2025 Winner: Director's Choice Award, Melbourne International Comedy Festival, 2025
