What to expect
Based in Maroochydore, the ongoing weekly programme combines relaxed yoga with puppies exploring the room, meeting participants and settling down whenever they choose. The 60-minute experience suits beginners and people who already enjoy yoga. Mats are provided, and guests can take the movement at their own pace. It is an informal outing for visitors, friends, couples and families with participants aged 12 and over. Puppy welfare remains central throughout. Interaction is voluntary, two dedicated staff focus on animal care, and a separate retreat space gives the puppies somewhere to rest away from participants. Full breaks separate sessions. The Sunshine Coast programme continues every Sunday. Current dates, session times and attendance details appear on the Sunshine Coast booking page. Tickets are generally released around three weeks ahead, allowing visitors to choose a session that fits their stay.
