Roam Discovery Trail is a collection of interactive walking trails across Victoria's Goldfields. Choose a trail, follow the markers, and scan the QR codes along the way to uncover the region's rich history through immersive storytelling and augmented reality. Unlock hidden stories, surprising secrets, and interactive experiences through your phone. Coming soon to Hepburn Springs, the Roam Discovery Trail invites visitors to uncover the stories, people, and places that have shaped a region with natural mineral water at its heart. Start the trail adjacent to the historic Old Hepburn Bathhouse (now the Pavilion Cafe) and follow the trail through the tranquil Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve to explore wellness, connections to Country, and the stories that have sprung from these famous mineral springs. Scan the QR codes with your device and travel below ground to see mineral water seeping through ancient volcanic rock or step back in time to the Victorian era when visitors flocked to the reserve to 'take the waters'. You will need around 30 to 45 minutes to complete the trail in full. Discover hidden secrets, test your knowledge, and see Hepburn Springs in a whole new light. Exploring further?
