Yoga Paws combines gentle, beginner-friendly floor movement with curious puppies exploring at their own pace. Visitors can add this hour-long indoor experience to a coastal break or make a weekend plan with friends. Mats are provided, no previous yoga experience is needed, and sessions include dedicated puppy playtime and a relaxing finish. The minimum age is twelve. Animal care shapes the experience. Two trained staff focus on the puppies, interaction is voluntary, and a separate retreat space lets puppies step away. Full rest breaks separate sessions, and animals are not sold during classes. Yoga Paws offers a continuing Gold Coast programme in Miami. Dates and local start times vary, with tickets released approximately three weeks ahead.
