About this event
What to expect
Club Voltaire Comedy has run a weekly stand-up night in North Melbourne since 2003. Sunday Night Stand-Up brings around ten comedians from television, radio and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival to an intimate 50-seat room upstairs at Club Voltaire, with a new lineup every week.
The show runs for about two hours in a relaxed room with a bar that takes cash and card. Seating is unreserved, so groups who arrive together can sit together. There is no food at the venue, and the cafes and restaurants of nearby Errol Street make it easy to grab dinner first.
With some of the cheapest tickets for live stand-up in Melbourne, it is a popular choice for a budget date night, a night out with friends, or an easy way to end the weekend. A short tram ride from the city centre. Suitable for ages 15 and over.
