About this event
What to expect
Brisbane's much-loved summer treasure hunt is back.
For nine days, the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre transforms into a book lover's paradise, filled with more than one million pre-loved books, comics, records, puzzles, games and collectables. Row upon row of treasures awaits discovery, creating one of Queensland's most iconic community events.
Browse fiction, non-fiction, children's books, biographies, cookbooks, textbooks, graphic novels and rare finds. Visit Comic Fest for comics and memorabilia, then keep exploring. Your next favourite read, a nostalgic record or an unexpected collectable could be waiting around the next corner.
With fresh stock added daily, every visit offers something new. Whether you're a passionate reader, bargain hunter, collector or simply looking for a great day out in South Bank, there's always another treasure to uncover.
Entry is free and all ages are welcome. Come for a quick browse or spend the day exploring endless shelves of stories and hidden gems.
Every purchase helps support Lifeline Queensland's 24/7 Crisis Support Line (13 11 14), helping more Queenslanders access support when they need it most.
