What to expect
Carols in the Pub returns to Sussex Hotel in Walkerville on Christmas Eve, Thursday 24 December 2026, bringing the local community together for a free, family-friendly evening of live Christmas carols and festive cheer.
From 6:30pm to 9pm, families and friends can enjoy much-loved Christmas classics, festive favourites and plenty of opportunities to sing along in a welcoming community atmosphere.
Visitors can book a table for dinner at Sussex Hotel before the celebrations begin, making a special Christmas Eve outing of it with family and friends.
This free community event will also raise funds for Wellness Sisters, a South Australian charity supporting women and families affected by cancer.
A wonderful opportunity for locals and visitors to come together, enjoy the festive atmosphere and celebrate the magic of Christmas Eve in Adelaide's leafy inner north-east.
