What to expect
Opera . . . in a pub? You heard right! Opera Bites brings best-loved opera hits to the relaxed atmosphere of your local pub.
Opera Bites has partnered with the Keg & Brew Hotel in Surry Hills to bring you the world's favourite opera highlights in the relaxed environs of a great local pub.
Tickets include a 90-minute, fully costumed show, upstairs at Keg & Brew.
"Race You To The Opera" - It's Melbourne Cup Day! What better day to celebrate racing to the opera to hear your favourites or those operas which involve races or having a punt - running, riding, sailing, driving. Come and join opera Bites for a fun-filled evening of all things race-day related.
Early bookings are highly recommended as our Opera in the Pub events regularly sell out. Fantastic food and beverages available for separate purchase at the venue.
The Level 2 Function Room also has lift access. Ample street parking available (some metered and some free after 6pm). Central Station and Light Rail is a 2 minute walk away.
