What to expect
Consider Christmas Day taken care of. The table is set, the glasses are polished and all that's left to do is gather your nearest and dearest for a festive feast overlooking Newcastle and the harbour.
Start with a Christmas cocktail before settling in to Coffs Harbour King prawns, Hiramasa Kingfish sashimi, Tasmanian King crab legs and hand-shucked oysters. Alongside the seafood, discover a fresh selection of salads, before making your way to the carvery for roast turkey with truffle butter, maple and black garlic glazed ham, herb-crusted rump and all the Christmas trimmings.
Save room for the patisserie, where croquembouche, pavlova and plenty of sweet treats await, with two hours of free-flowing drinks to toast the occasion.
