Celebrate Melbourne Cup Day in style at Brothers.
Three course luncheon with complimentary Pink Gin Spritz on arrival.
Entrée: Salad of smoked chicken with green leaves, Persian feta, toasted almonds, tomato oil and sherry vinaigrette.
Main (alternate drop): oven roasted barramundi with green onion mash, grilled asparagus, burnt lemon, saffron and ginger beurre blanc, or flame grilled grain fed porterhouse with green onion mash, grilled asparagus, confit shallot and red wine glaze.
Dessert share plate: assorted cheeses, dried fruit and nuts, petite fours and seasonal fruit.
Fashion on the Field, raffles, sweeps and lucky door prizes.
