Join Bass and Flinders Distillery for their third annual OysterFest - a weekend celebrating oysters, gin and the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
Enjoy oysters served natural or with gin-inspired sauces featuring Gin 10, Noble Stranger Brandy and Signature Gin. Discover Bass and Flinders' third release, showcasing distinctive coastal character, creamy texture and delicate minerality. Sip Oyster Shell Gin cocktails and explore a brand-new spring tapas menu, music, big games and great company. Every purchase of a bottle of Oyster Shell Gin receives half a dozen oysters free. Enjoy a rare glimpse inside the production distillery, beyond the usual visitor experience with tours at 11am and 3pm on both days.
